We are highly experienced in creating sumptuous, unique events in challenging locations: from agricultural showgrounds to a Chinese market garden; from a Mechanics Institute and the Town Hall to shearing sheds and aeroplane hangars; we thrive on transforming spaces into exciting venues. No location is too challenging for us to establish a pop-up kitchen and turn out professional, beautiful, appetising meals.

Our chefs work with you to create the perfect menu for your celebration; delicate canapés, stand up suppers, formal dinners, shared platters, wine matched meals, gourmet barbeques, a suckling pig, the perfect picnic, or simply some fresh salads to accompany a barbeque with friends.
Pierre’s experienced and capable staff will perfectly complement your vision. From helping out with a single staff member to give you a hand in the kitchen, offering platters to your guests or serving drinks; to providing a team of experienced chefs, kitchen hands and function staff to tend bar and wait tables with proficiency, friendly hospitality and flair. Whilst we are terrific event managers, we are not wedding planners. However we love working with them as well as any other supplier you may be using, as well as putting you in touch with a host of local services and suppliers.
